Just in time for Nightmare Night, decided i had to have a nice Luna art up. (I think i went overboard with the particles)
Used some nice star brushes from alsnd12 [link] ,they're quite lovely. Zoom into her mane/tail, looks nicer the closer you are.

DEAR GOD MY COMPUTER ;_; could not handle the strains of massive sized pictures. The time i spent cringing at whether or not photoshop crashed....That probably why i kinda bs'd her wings T.T
